Company Registration Process in the UK & USA (Colorado State)
Service Overview: We offer complete company registration and apostille services in both the United Kingdom and United States. Below is the detailed process, lead time, charges, and payment structure.
1. United Kingdom Company Registration
Total Service Fee: $480
Apostille Options:
- eApostille (Digital Apostille)
- Physical Apostille (Hard Copy via Courier)
Estimated Lead Time: 10 – 12 Working Days
Process Steps:
- Company Name & Details Submission
- Customer provides preferred company name, director/shareholder information, and business address.
- Company Formation
- We register the company with UK Companies House.
- Document Preparation
- We issue Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association (soft copies).
- Apostille Process
- Documents are submitted for Apostille (either eApostille or physical).
- Completion & Delivery
- Final documents, including apostilled copies, are shared electronically.
2. United States (Colorado State) Company Registration
Total Service Fee: $400 (including Apostille)
Estimated Lead Time: 10 – 12 Working Days
Process Steps:
- Company Name & Details Submission
- Customer provides preferred name and company structure (LLC).
- Company Formation
- We file with the Colorado Secretary of State to obtain the Articles of Organization.
- Document Preparation
- Incorporation Certificate and Articles are shared in soft copy.
- Apostille Process
- Documents are submitted to the Secretary of State for Apostille authentication.
- Completion & Delivery
- Final apostilled documents (soft copies) are provided.
3. Payment Terms
Total payment is divided into three stages:

1st Term | At the start of the process | Payable in advance before company registration begins. |
2nd Term | After receiving soft copies of registration documents | After sending the Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association/Organization, and before initiating Apostille processing. |
3rd Term | After providing Apostille tracking details | Upon sharing Apostille tracking numbers, final payment will be made. |
Note: Soft copies of Apostilles will be shared after completion of the entire process.
4. Payment Options For Saudi Arabia
You may choose any of the following payment methods:
- Direct Bank Transfer – to our Pakistani bank account.
- Saudi Bank Transfer – to our local bank account in Saudi Arabia.
- Cash Payment – available in Al Riyadh.
